Manage your accelerator programs on one platform, with everything on record.

Cohie is a free platform where technoparks, technology transfer offices, universities, companies and public agencies run their accelerator programs, from applications to jury review and Demo Day. Each organization runs its program at its own address (yourorg.cohie.app).

No credit card. After you sign up, setup takes five short steps.

Reduced motion is on for your device, so the screens don't play. Step through them yourself.

  1. What needs you today
  2. Applications that need a manual check
  3. Screening suggests, you decide
  4. New status, with undo

Where current methods fall short

Wide spreadsheets, several people editing the same file at once and outdated copies all raise the risk of errors and lost data.

Current methodWith Cohie
The form is in Google Forms, the pitch decks are in someone's Drive.Applicants fill in the form, and the pitch deck arrives with the application.
Every juror sends back their own spreadsheet, and you merge them by hand.Jurors score on screen, and the averages fill in as scores arrive.
Mentor slots get sorted out in a WhatsApp group, and nobody knows who met whom.Startups book the slots mentors open, and every meeting is on record.
Attendance is on paper, deliverables are in email.Attendance is taken with a QR scan, and one table shows who has submitted what.
On report day, everyone goes hunting for files.Reports download right away, and every download is logged.

Setup in five steps after sign-up

You set it up yourself, with no sales call or demo to book. Stop after any step and pick it up later.

From application to Demo Day, nobody retypes anything.

Every screen below comes from the same demo program: Early-Stage Accelerator 2027.

  1. 01

    Launch

Your program page goes live with the dates, who can apply, the scoring criteria and the form.

  2. 02

    First application

You hear about the first application, and the next ones arrive together as "3 new applications".

  3. 03

    Applications close

Screening sorts applications into "Eligible", "Needs manual check" and "Not eligible", and you have the final say.

  4. 04

    Jury

Jurors score their assigned applications against your rubric, and the dashboard shows whose scores are missing.

  5. 05

    Cohort

Accepted applications become startups in your cohort, with nothing to retype.

  6. 06

    Demo Day

Demo Day registration and check-in happen in Cohie too, and the program report downloads to Excel.

  1. Account and address

Name your organization and pick its web address. It can't be changed later, so keep it short and easy to recognize.

    yourorg.cohie.app

  2. Brand

Upload your logo and pick a color. Turkish has a formal and an informal "you", and this is where you choose which one applicants get.

  3. Official details

Registered company name, postal address, tax number, MERSİS number (the trade registry ID), KEP address (registered email) and data protection contact email. Cohie drafts your privacy notice from them.

  4. First program

Pick a template and set the dates. The form, rubric and schedule come with the template.

  5. Team

Invite teammates by email. Jurors and mentors are invited from inside the program.

  6. Publish

Publish the program and your application page goes live. You can also publish right away in the first-program step.

Keep these on hand: your logo, tax number, MERSİS number and KEP address. Anything missing can wait; only the registered company name, postal address and data protection contact email are required before you publish.

Every jury decision is on record, with its reasons.

When a program runs on public money or a company budget, someone always asks why this startup got in and that one didn't. Cohie keeps the answer on record from the start.

Jurors see the answers, not the names.

First comes the conflict of interest question. Then the application on the left, the rubric on the right. Jurors score with the number keys, move between applications with J and K, and lock their scores when they're done.

  • Conflict of interest declaration
  • Locked means locked
  • Adjusted score

These rules are enforced on the server. Forwarding the link to an application document or a deliverable doesn't give anyone access.

Security and data protection details

Your organization controls program data
Your organization controls the program data (applications, scores, deliverables), and Fauna Venture Studio processes it only on your instructions. For account data (name, email, sign-in records), Fauna Venture Studio is the controller.
Where it's stored
The database and files are on Cloudflare, and emails go out through Resend. Both are US companies, and no data is stored in Türkiye. The legal basis for transferring data abroad (KVKK Article 9) is set out in the data processing agreement and the subprocessor list.
Take it with you
Download any list (applications, scores, attendance, deliverables) as Excel or CSV whenever you want. You can also take all of your organization's data, files included, in one archive. Both are on the free plan.
