Plans and pricing

Is it really free?

Yes. You can run 2 programs at a time and keep 5 in the archive, with no limit on users, applications, jurors or files (fair use). We don't show ads and we don't sell data. Extras like AI features, your own domain and pro reporting come with the Enterprise plan; the free plan page shows which ones are available today.

What if I need a third program?

On the free plan, 2 programs can be open at a time. Archive one that has ended and a slot frees up; the archive holds up to 5. If you hit the limit, you just can't open a new program; open programs and their data stay as they are. For more, there's the Enterprise plan: send a request from the Plan tab in your organization settings, or talk to sales.

What happens when the Enterprise plan ends?

Enterprise features switch off and the free plan's limits apply. Nothing is deleted: programs over the limit stay where they are, you just can't open new ones. We let your admins know 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before the end date.

Data and KVKK

Where is our data stored? Is it in Türkiye?

No. The database and files are on Cloudflare and emails go out through Resend, both US companies. The data processing agreement and subprocessor list cover the transfer abroad. On the Enterprise plan you can choose to keep files in the EU; the database stays shared.

Who's responsible under KVKK?

For program data (applications, scores, deliverables), your organization is the data controller and Fauna Venture Studio processes it for you. You accept the data processing agreement when you sign up, and the version and time are recorded. Cohie drafts your privacy notice from your official details; have your own lawyer read it before you publish.

Setting up

Is it hard to switch from Excel and Google Forms?

Not really, but you start fresh. Open your next intake in Cohie: the template brings the form and rubric, and you add your own questions in the editor. Past applications can't be imported, but accepted startups and their teams can come in from a CSV file, and each person gets an invitation. A program that's halfway through selection is easier to finish where it started.

We run a TÜBİTAK BİGG program. Is it a fit?

Yes. The BİGG 1812 Phase 1 template comes with the acceptance rubric (4 criteria, each scored out of 10, with at least 7 on every one), the opening training session, 7 seminars and İş Kliniği sessions. Official applications still go through PRODİS; you run the jury, training, mentoring and deliverables in Cohie. TÜBİTAK didn't make or approve the template, so check it against the current call.

Do jurors and mentors need an account?

Yes. They create one from the link in their invitation email, with nothing to install. Jurors only see the applications assigned to them, and mentors only see the startups they're matched with.

Can applicants use it in English?

Yes. The interface is in Turkish and English, and you can write the program page, the form questions and the privacy notice in both. Each applicant picks their language. For Cohie's own legal documents, the Turkish version is the binding one.

Who do we contact when something goes wrong?

The team that builds Cohie answers: cohie@fauna-studio.com. Include your Cohie address (yourorg.cohie.app) and what you were trying to do. We read every message. The free plan has no guaranteed response time; Enterprise support terms go in the contract. Role-by-role guides are in the Help center.

Start your next program cycle with Cohie.

You get direct support from the Cohie team during setup and use. Free for 2 programs at a time.
