Free accelerator program software
Cohie is a free web platform, in Turkish and English, where technoparks, technology transfer offices, incubation centers, companies and public agencies run their accelerator programs. On the free plan, 2 programs can be open at the same time and 5 programs are kept in the archive, with no limit on users, applications or jurors (fair use). No credit card is needed to sign up. Who it is for
- Technopark and incubation center
- Pre-incubation and acceleration cohorts: applications, selection, training, mentoring and Demo Day.
- Technology transfer office and university
- Idea competitions and entrepreneurship programs; jurors and mentors join through an invite link.
- BİGG program operator
- BİGG 1812 Stage 1 template: acceptance rubric, kickoff training, seminars and Business Clinic sessions. The official application goes through PRODİS; the program runs in Cohie.
- Company
- Open innovation calls and POC programs: applications, pre-screening and jury review.
- Public agency and development agency
- Grant and acceleration calls. Data is stored with providers outside Turkey; if you require hosting in Turkey, Cohie may not be a fit today.
- Student club and NGO
- The Enterprise plan is opened for free after your application is reviewed.
What Cohie does not do
- Data is not stored in Turkey. The database and files run on Cloudflare and email goes through Resend; both are US companies. On the Enterprise plan, files can be kept in storage in the European Union.
- The free plan has no contractual response time (SLA); support is by email.
- There is no PRODİS or KOSGEB XML integration.
- Applications and scores from past cohorts cannot be imported; accepted startups and their teams can be invited with a CSV file.
- Pre-screening does not decide; it sorts applications, and the final decision is the program team's.
- There is no custom development for one organization; there is one version, updated the same way for everyone.
- Cohie does not give legal advice. We recommend your legal team reviews the privacy notice draft before you publish it.

FAQ
Is Cohie really free?
Yes. On the free plan, 2 programs can be open at the same time and 5 programs are kept in the archive. There is no limit on users, applications, jurors, mentors or files (fair use). There are no ads, data is not sold, and no credit card is needed to sign up. Any change that restricts the free plan is announced by email at least 30 days in advance.
What if I need a third program?
On the free plan, 2 programs can be open at a time. Archive one that has ended and a slot frees up; the archive holds up to 5. If you hit the limit, you just can't open a new program; open programs and their data stay as they are. For more, there's the Enterprise plan: send a request from the Plan tab in your organization settings, or talk to sales.
What does the Enterprise plan change?
Extra features such as AI, a custom domain, organization email infrastructure and pro reporting are on the Enterprise plan; this page shows whether each one is available today. The program quota is set by contract and pricing is by quote. If the Enterprise plan ends, your data is not deleted and the account returns to the free plan.
Where is our data stored? Is it in Türkiye?
No. The database and files are on Cloudflare and emails go out through Resend, both US companies. The data processing agreement and subprocessor list cover the transfer abroad. On the Enterprise plan you can choose to keep files in the EU; the database stays shared.
We run a TÜBİTAK BİGG program. Is it a fit?
Yes. The BİGG 1812 Phase 1 template comes with the acceptance rubric (4 criteria, each scored out of 10, with at least 7 on every one), the opening training session, 7 seminars and İş Kliniği sessions. Official applications still go through PRODİS; you run the jury, training, mentoring and deliverables in Cohie. TÜBİTAK didn't make or approve the template, so check it against the current call.
Is it hard to switch from Excel and Google Forms?
Not really, but you start fresh. Open your next intake in Cohie: the template brings the form and rubric, and you add your own questions in the editor. Past applications can't be imported, but accepted startups and their teams can come in from a CSV file, and each person gets an invitation. A program that's halfway through selection is easier to finish where it started.
