Getting ready

1. Open your account. Create your account from the link in the invitation email.
2. Complete your profile. Your expertise tags and capacity are used in matching suggestions.
3. Profile on the program page. You can publish your profile on the program page. It needs your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Open office hours

Open slots on the Startups and meetings screen. When a startup books one, it goes on your calendar. You can't be booked into two meetings at the same time.

• If the program requires booking approval, bookings come to you as pending and you decide. If you don't answer in time (48 hours by default), the booking is declined and the slot reopens.
• If the program sets an hours quota, you see how much you've used and get a notification at 80% of it.

After a meeting

1. Fill in the record. Write the topics, decisions and actual duration. The private note field is visible only to you and program management.
2. Share the summary. If you share the summary, the startup sees the topics and decisions; until you do, it doesn't.
3. Assign an action. Give the startup an action item with a due date. A reminder goes out 3 days and 1 day before it's due.

You don't see the score and comment the startup gives the meeting.

If nobody shows up

If the startup didn't come, mark Startup did not attend. This only records what you report: the meeting stays scheduled until program management confirms it. There is no automatic penalty.
